What is your position and role at Decision Digital?
“I’m the Senior Marketing Lead at Decision Digital, and I focus on shaping and executing our marketing strategy. My role involves making sure our messaging connects with the right audience, generating leads, and supporting the sales team with impactful content and campaigns. I oversee everything from digital marketing to content creation and help position us as a trusted partner in the IT space.
What are some key skills and expert knowledge you have?
“I have a solid background in digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy. I’m good at using data to optimize campaigns and ensure we’re getting the right results. I also know how to take complex topics and make them approachable, so whether it’s about cybersecurity, cloud services, or IT consulting, I can translate that into content that resonates.”
What are some particular achievements or contributions you have made at Decision Digital?
“I’ve played a key role in leading and managing CATAPULT Fall 2024, which was a big initiative for us. I also helped lead a complete overhaul of our CRM system, streamlining processes for lead generation and marketing activities. Setting up systems to ensure we’re always on top of leads and organizing our marketing calendar has had a big impact on how we manage outreach and engage potential clients.”
Which personal qualities or interests do you believe set you apart and make you unique?
“I’m someone who loves connecting the dots—whether that’s through scripture, the relationships I build, or life experiences. Everything has a story, and those stories shape how I live and grow. My wife, Courtney, is an amazing support system who I love deeply, and our chihuahua, Higgy, always keeps things lighthearted. I’m a huge fan of football and baseball, love watching movies, and enjoy playing golf. Above all, I give glory to God, who saved my life and transformed my mind. I now live with a purpose: to share the name of Jesus and encourage others to do the same. I am always reminded that true love starts with the One who first loved us—God.”
Do you have any specific goals for your career?
“Long-term, I’m focused on continuing to refine my marketing skills, especially in strategy and leadership. I want to eventually take on more responsibility and help lead the team toward bigger wins. I also plan on diving deeper into leadership development to be more effective in guiding teams and shaping the future direction of Decision Digital.”
